Three Dot focuses on wow-ing clients with top-notch service to design their commerical interiors.  Rachel D. Worley is the Founder and Principal of Three Dot Design. She is a licensed Architect in Kentucky,  Indiana, Georgia, Arizona, Texas and Wisconsin as well a  LEED Accredited Professional .

 

During her 17 years of practice, Rachel’s approachability has allowed her to cultivated a reputation for developing authentic client relationships, passionately elevating the client’s expectations and their design experience.  With rigor and delight she focuses on creating highly-individualized designs born out of this collective design approach. 

 

Rachel has thoughtfully navigated projects from just a few hundred square feet to hundreds of thousands with projects in retail, healthcare, restaurants, churches, corporate, educational, multifamily and custom residential. Rachel’s designs have been influenced by national and international travel including studying in Venice, Italy and serving in architecture as far away as Kampala, Uganda. 

 

Rachel has been honored to serve as the local AIA chapter president and on the Board of Directors for AIA Kentucky.  She is committed to mentorship and design leadership, having accepting multiple opportunities to share and give back within the design community.

 

When not working on Three Dot projects, Rachel enjoys time outdoors with her husband Mark and their three children... running, hiking, exploring, riding bikes or just sitting around a crackling fire.  She enjoys painting (when life allows) and waking up early for a quiet start to the day.
